The long awaited Samsung Galaxy S8 has arrived! Featuring a huge array of high-end features, this phone will sure to be another massive hit for Samsung.
There is a large 5.8 Super AMOLED touchscreen display, the screen has a massive 18:9 aspect ratio which features a 2960 x 1440 widescreen resolution. The screen has been made with Corning Gorilla Glass 5, this protects your Galaxy S8's screen from scratches and knocks.
The Samsung Galaxy S8 features Samsung Pay, this enables your phone to act as a contactless device to allow you to pay for transaction wireless up to £30 without the need to have your credit or debit card on you. The Galaxy S8 is IP68 certified meaning that the phone is dust/water resistant up to 1.5 metres depth and for up to 30 minutes. This combined with the Corning Gorilla Glass and the fact that the phone is made from a study aluminium shell makes for one robust smartphone!

There is a fingerprint reader located round the back of the phone, this doubles as the home button. This allows you to unlock your phone with your just finger print. But taking this to the next level is a built in long-mooted iris scanner and facial recognition, this allows for even super tight security as you can imagine!
The Samsung Galaxy S8 features a 12 Megapixel camera in fact it's the same camera lens that is seen in the previous Samsung Galaxy S7 and Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge models. The difference being is that the Samsung Galaxy S8 has a superior lens in the form of a wider f1.7 aperture. The camera has extra features such as a laser autofocus, optical image stabilisation, geo-tagging, an LED Flash, face/smile detection and a panorama mode. If that isn't enough to keep you going you can also record videos in 4K quality and there is a secondary camera located on the front of the phone, this is an 8 Megapixel camera this is great for video calling and selfies. It also features auto focus and a dual video call mode.
Powering the Galaxy S8's enormous amount of features is a 2.5Ghz octacore processor and a massive 4GB of RAM. There is a generous 64GB of internal memory to store your music, videos and images you can also expand this by a further 256GB with the use of a microSD memory card. Running with the Android Operating System (7.0) there are plenty of applications pre-installed and downloadable to enable you to get the most out of your Galaxy S8.
The Samsung Galaxy S8 has an "always-on" display, this allows the screen to show you the date/time and notifications without you having to wake the phone, which helps you to conserve battery life. Speaking of which there is a large 3000 mAh battery, this should get even the heaviest of users a full day's use! The Samsung Galaxy S8 features a fast battery charging option allowing you to quickly charge your phone when the need arises. Not forgetting the wireless charging, allowing you to simply place your phone on the wireless charging pad and not need to worry about the wires!
