The Google Pixel XL is one of the first handsets to be fully designed by Google. Featuring a wide range of features, and thorough integration with Google applications, the Google Pixel XL will no doubt be a sure fire hit and will take some market share away from some of the bigger players in the market!

The Google Pixel XL features a large 5.5 AMOLED multi touch screen, this has been protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 4, this protects the screen from everyday knocks and bumps. The Google Pixel XL is IP53 certified this means it has some degree of water and dust resistant. But when you dig deeper this is means that the Google Pixel XL will withstand the odd splash of water but nothing more than this. It is also dust resistant to some degree, but is not fully sealed from the elements!

A 12.3 Megapixel camera is on hand to help you to get the most from your photos. The camera features a laser autofocus, a dual-LED flash, geo-tagging, touch focus, face detection and a panorama mode. You can even use the Google Pixel XL to record in 4K quality, perfect for catching those moments you cannot miss in amazing clarity! A secondary camera is located on the front of the phone, this is an 8 Megapixel camera and is good for video calling and taking selfies.

You can choose between 32GB or 128GB of internal storage, with both models you also get the option to take advantage of free google cloud space so you never need to worry about running out of storage! Both models come complete with 4GB of RAM and have a Quad-core processor, meaning that day to day uses and multitasking will be a breeze!

There are three colour choices for you to choose from; Quite Black, Very Silver or Really Blue.

The Google Pixel XL has a rear-mounted fingerprint reader which is great for protected your phone, as your fingerprint needs to be presented to unlock the handset.

There is a large 3450 mAh battery, Google quote that this battery should last up to 552 hours in standby mode, but this figure should be taken with a pinch of salt. In reality most users should get a full day use out of the battery. If you do find that you are using this a lot quicker than anticipated there a fast battery charging is on hand to give you a quick boost in battery life.
