The Apple iPhone SE is for those that want the power from a 2016 smart phone but without the larger screen, in fact it’s been billed the most powerful four-inch smart phone ever. Apple have crammed a lot into the shell of what was the iPhone 5S and given it some serious power. There is a now a powerful A9 processor the same found within the iPhone 6S. Built around a aluminium chassis with satin and matte finishes, the iPhone SE looks the business with the 4 inch Retina display.
There is a 12 megapixel camera with LivePhotos, this allows you to capture motion, before and after your photo to help bring your snaps to life. The camera features a dual-LED flash, phase detection autofocus, geo-tagging and the ability to capture 4K videos. There is a secondary 1.2 megapixel camera located on the front on the phone this is good for making video calls.
The iPhone SE comes equipped with Apple Pay, this allows you to pay for purchases in shops and restaurants for payments up to £30 (at time of writing) just by wave your phone against the card reader. The phone comes complete with a fingerprint reader which enables the phone to be unlocked only by your fingerprint.
When purchasing an iPhone SE, there are a couple of choices to make, one is the colour; you can choose between Space Grey, Silver, Gold or Rose Gold. The second choice is the amount of internal memory; you can choose between 16 GB or 64 GB of internal storage, choose wisely though as this is not upgrade-able in the future.
