The Samsung U800 also known as the Samsung U800 Soul b is very similar in looks to that of the Nokia 6500 Classic. Their looks aren't the only similarities as the features of the two are also similar. Is Samsung trying to capitalise on Nokia success? The U800 will be available in a number of colours at launch only the Pink version and Silver version will be on sale. There will also be a Violet version as well as a Red, and Black version.
The U800 has a great 3.2 megapixel camera with video recording capabilities there is also a LED flash. On the front of the phone is a secondary camera which is used primarily for video calling. There is Bluetooth technology with A2DP which allows you to listen to music wirelessly with a set of Bluetooth stereo headphones. The phone has 1GB of shared memory allowing you to store lots of music, video and images. You can also expand the memory with the use of a microSD memory card up to 8GB.
Other features of the U800 include, an FM Radio, a music player, an office document viewer and support for MP3 ringtones.
