The Sony Ericsson S500i is a slim slider with great features. It's similar to that of its sporty twin the W580i, but the S500i looks more sophisticated. The phone comes in four different colours, Mysterious Green, Spring Yellow, Contrasted Copper & Ice Purple. So there is something for everyone.

The S500i has a music player capable of playing most music types. The phone also has TrackID music recognition which allows you to get the track name and artist name just by playing a sample of the music at the phone. Whilst on the subject of music the S500i also has Bluetooth with A2DP technology which allows you to listen to music wirelessly with a set of Bluetooth stereo headphones.
There is also a 2 megapixel camera with video recording capabilities. There is 12Mb of internal memory and this is expandable with the use of a Memory Stick Micro (M2)
