The Galaxy Ace S5830 is a high end smart phone from Samsung offering a wide range of features in a sleek lightweight shell this handset is sure to be a crowd pleaser! To start your off the phone has a large 3.5 inch touchscreen and 3 keys below, the phone has an accelerometer sensor allowing the screen to rotate depending on how the phone is being held!
The Galaxy Ace has all the features you would expect from an impressive smart phone there is a 5 megapixel camera with autofocus, an LED flash, face and smile detection, video recording and Geo-tagging. The Ace has an internal memory of 158Mb this can be expanded by up to 32Gb with the use of a microSD memory card, Samsung include a 2Gb card to get you going! The amount of memory you can have on the phone is great as it means you can use the camera and the video recorder and not worry about how much memory you have left! The memory is also good as the phone has a built in media player capable of playing most file types of music and video. You can even listen to your music wirelessly via a set of stereo Bluetooth headphones!
In terms of connectivity the phone has 3G HSDPA and Wi-Fi both allowing you to get a super fast internet connection whilst at home or on the move, this is great as it allows you to keep in touch via your social network sites or email really quickly and easily! The Galaxy Ace has a range of built in Google applications that you can use right from the word go, such as Google Search, Maps, Gmail and Google Talk.

I think this phone is a brilliant phone. It is easy to use and it is very sophisticated. I would recommend it to anybody who wants an android phone with a budget.

I use my phone alot for browsing the internet, checking my emails, facebook etc, and most of the time it does all that without problems. however, i am now on my third Samsung Ace since September 2011. same problem each time: cannot get the wi-fi to connect. when I ring up orange they say its a fault with the handset. The phone connects to Wi-Fi for a couple of weeks, and then suddenly changes its mind. Since i have a contract I don't really have any options but to stick it out. I get a new handset, download apps all over again, and make the most of it for the next couple of weeks.
Big shame, as its a lovely phone otherwise!

This is my first ever touch screen. I would never have bought myself one. My boyfriend has one and got me one. Have to say my mind has been changed about touch screen. It does take a while to get used to, but now it’s easy to use. It takes fantastic pictures. It downloads fast! And it only takes a second to get onto Facebook :), this is my favourite phone ever

Great phone for the price. Got it for £119 on three pay as you go. The phone does everything you could want brilliantly. The only downside is the battery does not last too long if you are using it all day, otherwise it is a great phone.

Great for phone, email and networking but can be unresponsive, slow on rare occasions. All in all a great phone though
