Our view:
The HTC Wildfire S is lighter and just a tiny bit smaller than the standard Wildfire. To be precise it weighs 13 grams less and has a few millimeters shaved of the height and width of the phone! The doesn't mean any of the quality features have been shaved off! In fact the Wildfire S has a fast processor and runs the latest Android V2.3 Operating System!
The phone has a great 5 megapixel camera with autofocus, LED flash and Geo-tagging! It is also capable of recording videos at a rate of 24 fps! The Wildfire S has a range of built in applications such as Google Search, Maps, Gmail, YouTube and Google Talk all of which can be added to via the Android Market Place. 3G, HSDPA, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS are all present to help you keep connected whilst on the move, without getting lost! And as you'd expect from an Android handset there is FriendStream! This handles your social network updates and organises them into one handy feed!

Easy to use, tactile and feature rich.
This little phone is particularly good as a mid range smart phone. It looks as good as its higher priced contemporaries and and offers all of the features expected of your average smartphone. The 5 megapixel camera is easy to use, albeit a slight shutter delay and limited effect options. The Sense interface is brilliant and makes accessing all of the various functions a breeze.
Overall, I can't really fault such a little powerhouse in my pocket on a lower than average monthly contract!

My first android phone! It does everything I need from it and more, in fact I am still discovering things it can do. It is on a par with my kids iPhone 4 S. Just one down side is the battery life wasn't too good until I downloaded a free battery saver application and now it's ok, or maybe it is just that I couldn't stop playing with it. Anyway I would highly recommend it to anyone!
